Rory Skinner scored his first ever British Superbike Championship victory earlier today on home soil, at Knockhill aboard the Cheshire Mouldings BMW M1000RR.
Having taken second place on Saturday, the Scottish ace from Perth, went one better in race two on Sunday. A fourth place in the third and final outing rounded off a strong weekend for Skinner and TAS Racing.
Davey Todd arrived at Knockhill unbeaten this season on the Cheshire Mouldings BMW in the 1000cc Superstock class. He overcame intermittent electrical problems in race one to finish second, but went one better during today’s outing – extending his lead in the championship to 25 points.
